I went thoroughly all these 10 common Bank customer Complaints, I really don't have any major complaint with my Bank here in Canada, except the customer service, during the funds transferring from Canada to abroad, the tracking and tracing your transaction are sometime very difficult, for example few months ago I wire transferred some money to my son in USA, it took almost 15 days to find out where is the money either its held in Canada, or USA, almost daily I called the bank as well as visit the Bank, this is a bad experience for me,

It sounds like that experience with the bank drove you crazy - to not know where you money is and whether it is finally in the U.S is frustrating. Remember to use full stops more often - for example you should write it this way:
